La Bolsa is a farm of 108 hectares, located on a limestone soil between 1300 and 1600 meters of altitude. Renardo masters his farm’s preparation so well that he is able to separate several plots of this farm in order to give these coffees scores between 85 and 89/100. The farm benefits from very good atmospheric conditions with 1600mm of precipitations, average temperatures between 18 and 26°C and a relative humidity comprised between 70 and 80%. La Bolsa obtained a lot of prizes for the quality of its coffees, one being the Cup of Excellence in 2012. This batch comes from the “Ventana Grande” plot, which grows caturra and red bourbon processed in fully-washed.
